Refund and Returns:
Please note, we are not a regular fashion brand. All designs are specially customized and made exclusively for you. Any return which comes to us can’t be sold to any other customer that’s why we try our 100% to give you a high-quality product to make you 100% satisfied.
Defective Garments:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange for a SD Coins which you can redeem in your future orders
Late Deliveries:
Please Keep Sufficient Buffer to avoid delayed deliveries. We offer Free Shipment via Road Cargo and try to deliver within 3 weeks but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to reasons relating to design issues, product stock and delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding anniversary or the farewell party of your colleague, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return. If you need something super-fast, request for the Air Delivery (at an additional cost) if available at your location to get your order as fast as possible.
